A note about Canadians...

Some of you know I work for a timeshare exchange company.  In the numerous calls I've taken, I've noticed one aspect about Canadians...

They are about 500,000 times kinder, nicer, and respectful than Americans.

I have had not one single call from a Canadian who isn't nice.  Even when they have a problem, there is no screaming, but a truly kind, diplomatic attitude.  When they have to be firm, there is no disrespectful tone or bitterness that I've heard.

Americans on the other hand, are some of the rudest people I get calls from (especially those from the Northeast).  The degree of selfishness from Americans to Canadians is vast.  Canadians are much more laid back and understanding, while Americans want it their way, now.

Regardless of how stoic the person sounds on the other end, being kind (even when you have to be firm) makes their day a lot better.  Please make a note.
